Unique position on Drava promenade at the heart of Medieval Maribor. Riverbank is 10 meters away, public parking house less than 50 meters.
Family tradition
We are proud on our family tradition and its attachment to Lent quarter. A century long presence at the place has accumulated many anecdotes and stories we gladly share.
Comfortable accommodation
We offer comfortable accommodation in modernly furnished rooms. All 5 rooms with maximum 18 beds are characterized by panoramic views on Drava river and landmarks nearby.
Café
Our cafeteria with garden is a haven for coffee-lovers. Enjoy its bohemian vibe and socialise with a glass of excellent local wine.
Local breakfast
We deal the most important meal of the day with special care. Our breakfasts are based on local products and selected ingredients.
Vivid culture
In our house and around it culture is a way of life. During warm season cafeteria garden becomes a boutique venue.

Since the beginning, Fani&Rozi has been home to Kušter house wines from Svečina. Cene, Žiga and Sonja Šerbinek are our partners.

Our café Fani&Rozi is now open every weekend (including Friday) on the newly renovated Drava promenade. The elevated sun terrace is inviting and offers an even more beautiful view of the Drava river than before. Enjoy the new image of Maribor, which you can feel from here, with good Kušter wine, beer, Barcaffe and other seasonal drinks. We are here for you every Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A warm welcome!
