Family tradition
We are proud on our family tradition and its attachment to Lent quarter. A century long presence at the place has accumulated many anecdotes and stories we gladly share.

We offer comfortable accommodation in modernly furnished rooms. All 5 rooms with maximum 18 beds are characterized by panoramic views on Drava river and landmarks nearby.

Our cafeteria with garden is a haven for coffee-lovers. Enjoy its bohemian vibe and socialise with a glass of excellent local wine.
Local breakfast
We deal the most important meal of the day with special care. Our breakfasts are based on local products and selected ingredients.

Our café Fani&Rozi is now open every weekend (including Friday) on the newly renovated Drava promenade. The elevated sun terrace is inviting and offers an even more beautiful view of the Drava river than before. Enjoy the new image of Maribor, which you can feel from here, with good Kušter wine, beer, Barcaffe and other seasonal drinks. We are here for you every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 to 18:00. A warm welcome!
Received a high Traveller Review Award 2024
We are really happy and satisfied with Booking's latest Traveller Review Award, which confirms that our form is not slipping and that our excellence continues. We are particularly proud of the fact that we have maintained our excellent quality despite the construction site in front of the house, which paralyzed us for a good year and a half with dust, noise and difficult access roads. Now the promenade has been restored, the traffic has disappeared and we are relieved. Lent is beautiful again, the promenade and the river Drava look fantastic.
