General policy

Reservations and payment

• Your direct reservation includes a 15% discount and is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% advance payment of our offer. Advance payment methods: cash, credit card (Visa, Maestro, Mastercard) or payment to a bank account. After receipt od advance payment you will receive a voucher. The remaining amount must be paid upon arrival at the reception.
• Payment data
  Fani&Rozi, Katjuša Kolar s.p., Pristan 6, 2000 Maribor; Transaction account opened at Delavska hranilnica, IBAN SI56 6100 0002 2899 525, BIC HDELSI22. 
  All guests must present a valid ID or passport upon check-in at the reception. Staying overnight as an unidentified guest means serious violations of the general terms and conditions.
• Tourist tax
  Everyone staying in Slovenia must pay the tourist tax. Tourist tax is not included in the price and must be extra paid upon arrival. Children under 7 years of age are not charged. Currently the tax amounts 3,13€ per night, for children from 7-18 years 1,56€.
• Children and extra beds

  All children under 2 years are free of charge if they sleep with their parents on existing beds.
  Children over the age of 2 are considered adults and an extra bed is automatically prepared for them for an additional charge of 15€ per night, unless otherwise agreed.
  A baby cot can be prepared for your baby or toddler for an additional charge of 15€ per night.
  Please inform us of your choice of a baby cot when booking or at least one day before arrival (info@fani-rozi.si).
  Longer stay
  For a longer stay of 7 nights or more, we offer guests a 30% discount. If you are booking multiple rooms, please contact our reception at info@fani-rozi.si.

Cancellation / Change of reservations, complaints

• We accept cancellations, changes of reservations and complaints only in writing.
• The guest can cancel direct reservation ANYTIME, but the prepayment/advance payment in not refundable. For cancellations made through Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, different (less flexible) cancellation policies apply.
• In case of no-show the total price of the reservation will be charged according to the valid price list.
• In case of cancellation after check–in or departure before check-out, no refund is possible.
• All changes (e.g. change of arrival time, postponement of arrival date, shortening the length of stay ...) must be made by e-mail directly to info@fani-rozi.si and not by telephone.

Other things to note

• For the lost key we charge you 50€.
• Damaged Fani &Rozi's property or additional cleaning of the room or other premises of the B&B will be charged as a damage service fee. For the additional cleaning of the room we charge 100€. You pay the bill at the reception.
• Smoking in the room will be charged as damage for 100€. Otherwise smoking is allowed on our terrace.
• In case of serious breaches of our general terms&conditions, Fani&Rozi staff or even the police may enter your room.
• If you have left the windows open during the immediate storm or in case of strong wind, the Fani&Rozi staff reserves the right to enter the room and close the windows to avoid serious material damage.
• It is strictly forbidden to stay at the bar or in the breakfast room during the night hours.
• Please, take care of the room. We have also decorated your room with a lot of ove and positive energy.
