Andrej Brvar's jubilee

A walk through the city on the poet's 80th birthday

The walk, which the jubilant Andrej Brvar announced at the Maribor Art Gallery as a poem in motion, ended on our terrace. We told those gathered a few words about the genius loci of Lent and family heritage, and Fani, Andrej's grandmother, received a tribute in the form of a song.

Everything that was far away was close again...
